The session will help us explore what the literature tells us about interoception and its connection to mental health. Participants will connect these ideas to their practice and potentially discuss interoception based strategies.
We will leave this session better equipped to understand the impact of interoception, the mental health and mobility impairments that influence physical therapy outcomes.
